Pricing

GENERAL INFORMATION

• I can purchase models if you like to, pricing will be from the official german Games Workshop website. Buying from there guarantees good customer service and fast delivery. The purchase will take place once the complete amount of money has arrived via paypal.
• I will always paint one model as an example, once this is approved by you I will start the commission work.
• If you like to have work in progress pictures and/or tutorials for painting your minis don't hesitate to ask me.
• The basing of the model is free as long as it is not horribly complicated. If that's the case we will discuss this before the actual work begins.
• If you want me to paint miniatures that are already assembled please be aware that I might charge an additional fee for removing flash or mold lines. If you don't mind them I can live with that! :)

Shipping

Shipping fees will be covered by you. I will always ship your minis covered by insurance including a tracking number, covered in foam or other comparable materials.

Damage
Damaged models while in my care will be refunded without question.

Commission Agreement

The final commission agreement will be made via email. I will provide a detailed list of the agreed commission work and give a rough time estimate for the work. Keep in mind that this is still my hobby and I have work, family and other things which might interfere with our project. I will always keep you updated if things don't work as planned.
Commission work will start once 30% of the final painting fee is payed via paypal. The final payment will take place once all your minis are completed and ready for shipping.
